Return Authorization Required All returns must be pre-approved. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by AGA Truck Parts before any item is sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return Eligibility To qualify for a return: The request must be submitted within 3–5 business days after delivery. The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. The product must be in resalable condition. All original documentation and labels must be included. Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable unless defective: Electrical components Special-order or custom-made parts Sealed components that have been opened Installed or used parts Restocking Fee Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%), depending on the supplier’s policy. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item: Notify us immediately (within 3–5 business days). Provide clear photos of the packaging and product. Do not install the part. We will review the claim and provide further instructions. Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. Refund Process Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on supplier policies and payment method.

1. General By placing an order with AGA Truck Parts, the Buyer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all quotations, sales, and deliveries unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2. Quotations All quotations are valid for the period specified in the offer unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to supplier adjustments, availability, or market conditions. Availability of parts is not guaranteed until order confirmation. 3. Orders Orders must be confirmed in writing (email confirmation is acceptable). The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate part numbers, equipment model, and serial number. AGA Truck Parts is not responsible for incorrect parts ordered due to inaccurate information provided by the Buyer. 4. Payment Terms Payment terms are specified in the invoice or quotation. Orders may require full or partial prepayment unless otherwise agreed. Production and shipment may begin only after receipt of cleared funds. All bank fees are the responsibility of the Buyer. 5. Pricing & Taxes Prices are typically quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Shipping, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included unless explicitly stated. The Buyer is responsible for all applicable customs clearance procedures and related charges. 6. Shipping & Delivery Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. AGA Truck Parts is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier. 7. Returns & Claims Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization. Claims for incorrect or damaged goods must be submitted within 3–5 business days after delivery. Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Special-order, electrical, and custom parts are non-returnable unless defective. Restocking fees may apply. 8. Warranty Warranty, if applicable, is limited to the manufacturer’s warranty. AGA Truck Parts does not provide additional warranties unless expressly stated. Warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, normal wear, or modifications. 9. Limitation of Liability AGA Truck Parts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including downtime, loss of profits, or business interruption. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the supplied goods. 10. Force Majeure AGA Truck Parts is not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier shortages, transportation disruptions, government actions, or labor disputes. 11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international commercial practices unless otherwise agreed in writing.
