"Call for Pricing and Availability" Powerscreen Chieftain 2100X Bivitec screening system The Powerscreen® Chieftain 2100X is available with a 2-deck version of the BIVITEC screen. This is designed for applications where the feed material would clog the screen openings of conventional machines. The Chieftain 2100X BIVITEC performs three movements to achieve the high screening efficiency required for these challenging materials. The entire screen box performs the same circular motion as other Powerscreen® inclined grid screens, while the two individual screens vibrate, causing the flexible polyurethane screen inserts to continuously compress and relax, thus preventing clogging by the material.
